Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in all original packaging and seals.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and personal-care items (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable/digital products.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions (including pickup or drop-off details).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories/freebies.
Refunds
- After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
- If a coupon/discount was applied, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Fees

- Free shipping may apply above a threshold advertised on the website (if applicable).
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
- If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the carrier may schedule a new attempt and additional fees could apply.
- Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate at Checkout. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
